On-the-go Smoked Salmon Protein-Packed Bento Boxes!

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. smoked salmon
  • 4 hardboiled eggs
  • 1 large English cucumber cut into sticks
  • 4 fresh lemon wedges
  • 4 small slices of rye cut into squares

Instructions

  • Divide all the ingredients equally among 4 containers & take with you to the pool, the beach, or the park this Summer!
  • Keep refrigerated, or on ice until ready to enjoy!
