Oven Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cauliflower about 1 medium-large head, trimmed and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • Extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil, to coat
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. Line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Slice cauliflower into 1/4 inch-thick slices and lay it on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle just enough olive oil to coat (a few teaspoons). Season generously with sea salt and pepper.
  • Flip the cauliflower slices on the other side and repeat.
  • Bake, turning once, until caramelized on edges and tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
