Parmesan & Pepper Roasted Brussels

Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, stems and outer leaves removed, and cut in half
  • 2 Tbsps clarified butter or ghee, melted
  • 2/3 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f. and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Add the sprouts onto your prepared tray.
  • Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with pepper and parmesan cheese.
  • Toss well until evenly coated, then arrange them into a single layer without overlapping.
  • Roast in your preheated oven for 17-20 minutes, or until golden crisp, and fork tender.
  • Serve and enjoy!
