PB Oatmeal and Berries for Quick and Clean Breakfast Ideas!

Ingredients

  • Makes 2 servings
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or other dairy free milk of your choice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp stevia granules
  • 2 Tbsps natural peanut butter no added salt or oils
  • a dash of almond or soy milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh berries
  • 2 Tbsp sliced almond
  • 2 tsps raw honey

Instructions

  • In a saucepan add almond milk and rolled oats and bring it to a boil. Cook on medium/low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add 1-2 egg whites, peanut butter, splash of milk, and stevia granules to the oatmeal and whisk until smooth.
  • Add the oatmeal to your breakfast bowl, top with berries, sprinkle almonds and drizzle a bit of honey on top.
