1cupunsalted roasted, or raw peanuts - your choice
1/4cupsmooth peanut butter, all natural
2scoops protein powder of choice
2Tbspraw honey
pinchof sea salt
1 Tbsp coconut flour, or oat flour if needed in case your dough isn't solid enough to form balls

Instructions
Place dates and peanuts in a high-speed food processor, then process on high for about a minute.
Stop to scoop sides down with a rubber spatula.
Add rest of the ingredients to processor. Mix for 1-2 minutes or until your dough is formed. If your dough is not solid enough to form balls, add 1 Tablespoon of coconut flour or oat flour to your processor at this time until it's just right.
Scoop out a Tablespoon of dough and roll between palms. Repeat with the remaining dough.
Keep in air-tight containers and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
