Place your cubed chicken and 1/2 cup of the pesto sauce in a large bowl and stir to coat well.
Allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes, covered in the refrigerator.
Soak your wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes, so they don't burn on the grill.
Preheat an outdoor grill or an indoor grill pan over medium heat.
Thread the pesto-coated chicken, cherry tomatoes, and olives onto skewers.
Season lightly with sea salt and pepper, to taste.
Grill your skewers, turning occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with chopped basil and enjoy!
