Quick and Tasty Air Fryer White Fish

Tasty, tender, flaky fish seasoned to perfection! Ready to eat in just about 10 minutes. Air fryer fish is my favorite way to cook fish! A nice crispy coat on the outside with tender-buttery flaky meat throughout.

Ingredients 

  • 2 tsps smoked paprika
  • 2 tsps Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • sea salt and ground pepper, (to taste)
  • 1-1/2 Tbsps avocado oil or olive oil
  • 16 oz white fish fillets, (2 thin, skinless fillets)
  • fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees f. for 3-4 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine the seasonings with the oil.
  • Pat your fish dry with a paper towel on all sides.
  • Rub the fish filets on all sides with your oil/spice mix and place them in the air fryer.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or just until it easily flakes with a fork.

Notes

    • Cook just until fork tender.
    • Start checking the doneness of the fish around 6 minutes cooking time.
