Quick + Easy Fruit Salad

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups pineapple pieces, from 1 small pineapple
  • 2 cups large red grapes, halved and seeded
  • 4 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 large ripe mango, diced
  • 1 pint of strawberries, halved
  • 1-1/2 cups blueberries
  • 2 Tbsps pure maple syrup or raw honey
  • juice of 1 fresh lime, squeezed

Instructions 

  • Prepare your fruit, then gently add it all into a large serving bowl.
  • Squeeze fresh lime over and drizzle with maple syrup or raw honey.
  • Gently toss well to combine.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Keeps well refrigerated in air tight containers for up to 24 hours.
