Quick & Tasty Air Fryer White Fish

Ingredients 

  • 2 tsps smoked paprika
  • 2 tsps Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
  • 1-1/2 Tbsps avocado oil or olive oil
  • 2 x 6 - 8oz thin, skinless white fish filets
  • fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees f. for 3-4 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine the seasonings with the oil.
  • Pat your fish dry with a paper towel on all sides.
  • Rub the fish filets on all sides with your oil/spice mix and place them in the air fryer.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or just until it easily flakes with a fork.
  • The exact time will depend on the size and thickness of your fish. Begin checking them at 6 minutes then at 2-minute increments until just cooked through.
