Rachel's Creamy Avocado Dip

Ingredients 

  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and diced
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice of fresh 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander seed
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper, or to taste

To serve: corn tortilla chips or chopped vegetables

Instructions 

  • Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh from your avocados into the bowl of your food processor.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients. Pulse until smooth, stoping to scape the sides with a spatula several times.
  • Season with sea salt and pepper to taste then transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Immediately serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
