Cantaloupe Orange Ginger Turmeric Detox

Rachel's Healing Cantaloupe Orange Ginger Turmeric Juice to Beat the Cold & Flu!

Ingredients 

  • 4 oranges, juiced
  • 1/2 small, very ripe cantaloupe, seeded, cut and cubed
  • 1 " nob of peeled ginger root, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small nob of fresh turmeric root, peeled OR 1 tsp ground turmeric powder
  • 6 ice cubes, if drinking immediately, otherwise leave them out

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender (I use a Blendtec: https://cleanfoodcrush.com/RachelsBlendtec)
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Strain if you prefer it that way... personally, I love to keep all of that wonderful fiber in my diet when I make these blended juices, so I don't strain them.
  • Chill for at least an hour in the fridge if not using ice and enjoy!
  • Lasts 24 hours refrigerated, although best within a few hours of preparing.
