Roasted Parmesan Cabbage Steaks

Ingredients

  • 2 medium heads green cabbage rinsed, and sliced into 1/2'' inch slices
  • sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsps avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1/3 cup ground parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f. then line 2 large sheet pans with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  • Brush the cabbage steaks evenly with oil on all sides and season with a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
  • Arrange your cabbage slices onto the prepared baking sheets making sure not to overlap.
  • They need space to crisp up properly!
  • Sprinkle evenly with parmesan, then roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until they are done to your liking. I like mine to be nice and crispy on the edges!
