Simple Raspberry Vinaigrette – Clean, Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free

Ingredients 

  • 20 fresh raspberries
  • 2 Tbs organic balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbs unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Several fresh leaves of mint, basil, or parsley-depending on the meal/preferences
  • pinch of sea salt
  • I added a pinch of dried onion this time & it was GREAT!

Instructions 

  • Combine everything in blender, pulse until smooth.
