Snicker Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

Medjool dates
1/2
cup
crunchy all-natural peanut butter
cold from the refrigerator

Tbsps
chopped peanuts
1/4
cup
dark chocolate chips
or chocolate pieces, melted
sea salt flakes
to taste
Instructions
Place your peanut butter in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to harden up a bit.
Using a paring knife, carefully cut a slit into each date and remove each pit.
Fill each date with peanut butter.
Freeze for 15 minutes to set.
Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe bowl, or using a double broiler method; melt your chocolate chips and chop your peanuts.
Drizzle the dates with melted chocolate as shown in the photos and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and sea salt flakes.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Leftovers stay good in the fridge for 3-4 days in a sealed container.
