In a small bowl whisk all the marinade ingredients.
Place the marinade in a ziploc bag together with the cod fillets.
Rub it over the fish until well coated. Refrigerate and allow to marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Add in the marinaded cod, and bake in your preheated oven for about 15 minutes until flaky and golden.
Garnish with lime wedges and chili slices.
Enjoy it with a side of cooked brown rice.
