Lightly grease a medium baking dish with coconut oil or ghee.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f.
Pit your cherries and place them into your prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the cherries with the 2 Tbsps gf flour/Arrowroot/cornstarch and drizzle with maple syrup and vanilla. Stir to combine.
To make your crumble, place all the crumble ingredients in a large bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine.
Sprinkle the crumble over the cherries.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Enjoy while hot with a dollop of yogurt or ice cream!
