In a medium bowl add all of the sauce ingredients. Whisk well to combine.
Place the chicken in the bowl of your crockpot and cover with all of the sauce.
Place the lid on and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
Remove chicken from crockpot and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
Whisk the gluten free flour into the sauce until well combined.
Place chopped chicken back into the crockpot and cook for an additional 30mins on HIGH or 1 hour on LOW.
Divide into 4 equal portions, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh chopped parsley, then serve with a side of cooked brown rice.
