Place all avocado sauce ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onions and bell peppers; cook for 3 minutes. Add fresh garlic and all seasonings, then saute for about 1 minute, finally add the ground beef.
Brown beef, while crumbling, & stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve beef mixture over lettuce leaves topped with chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapeno and a drizzle of your avocado cilantro cream sauce.
