In a medium mixing bowl add your shredded chicken, melted butter, and buffalo sauce. Stir well to combine.
To assemble your salad add the chopped romaine to a large bowl.
Top lettuce with buffalo chicken, cherry tomatoes, peppers, black beans, cheese and cilantro.
Drizzle your salad with olive oil and fresh lime juice, then season with sea salt and pepper to tour taste.
