Preheat a non stick pan or skillet over med-hi heat.
Add the ground turkey and cook until browned breaking the meat as it cooks with a wooden spoon.
Add the spices, minced garlic, sea salt & pepper, and tomato sauce.
Stir to combine and cook for about 3-4 minutes more.
Remove the pit from the halved avocados and spoon out some of the avocado to make a bigger hole if needed, if pit was small. (keep the scooped out avocado flesh for making guacamole...because guacamole ????)
Squeeze fresh lime or lemon juice over them to prevent them from browning.
Load each avocado half with taco meat, then top with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro/parsley and Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
