Viral Cottage Cheese Wrap

These cottage cheese wraps are a super easy, clean eating way to get more, protein (29 grams!), less carbs, and absolutely no gluten! With only 2 ingredients and your choice of seasonings, they are the the perfect addition to a clean eating plan.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • pinch of sea salt and ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

Filling ideas:

  • chicken or turkey
  • roasted red peppers
  • pickled jalapeños or banana peppers
  • avocado slices
  • big handful of arugula or baby spinach
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • thinly sliced red onion
  • balsamic glaze

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f and line a small sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Spritz or brush with a bit of avocado oil to make sure it doesn't stick.
  • In a small food processor or blender add the cottage cheese, egg, sea salt, pepper and oregano. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour your cottage cheese mixture onto the parchment paper and bake for around 30 minutes in the middle rack of your preheated oven.
  • Remove from the oven and allow it to completely cool for 5 minutes. Gently peel your wrap from the parchment paper and add anything you desire.
  • Wrap, slice in half and serve.
