Watermelon + Feta + Mint Skewers

Ingredients

  • ½ medium seedless watermelon
  • fresh mint
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 10, 6 inch bamboo skewers

Instructions

  • Cut your watermelon and feta cheese into 1-inch cubes.
  • Gently, thread a cube of feta cheese, followed by 2-3 fresh mint leaves, a watermelon cube and so on, until your skewers are threaded to your preference.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  • Arrange the skewers onto a platter and enjoy!
