Zoodles tossed with my FAVORITE Chimichurri sauce!
Ingredients

large bunch flat leaf/Italian parsley
large stems removed

cloves
garlic
minced
3/4
cup
extra virgin olive oil
1/4
cup
red wine vinegar
or apple cider vinegar

Tbps diced red onion

Tbsp
fresh lemon juice

tsp
dried oregano
1
tsp
black pepper

tsp
sea salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender.
Pulse until you have a thick, smooth consistency.
