3 Ingredient Italian Baked Eggs
Ingredients

cups
low sugar marinara sauce
4
large pasture-raised eggs
1/3
cup
grated Parmesan
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, or fresh chopped herbs such as Italian parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f.
Layer the marinara sauce into one medium sized baking dish or divide it among 4 small ones.
Gently crack the eggs in, then sprinkle with parmesan, sea salt and black pepper.
Bake in your preheated oven until the egg whites are cooked, about 15-20 minutes depending on your yolk preference.
Serve while hot and enjoy!
