1/4cupcoconut aminos, Bragg's liquid aminos, or low-sodium soy sauce
3Tbspsraw honey or pure maple syrup
2TbspsWorcestershire sauce
For the Roast:
3or 4 lb beef chuck roast
1/2tspsea salt
1/2tsppepper
For the Sweet Potatoes:
2cupssweet potatoes or yam cubed
2tspsavocado oil or olive oil
1/2tspgarlic powder
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
garnish with freshly chopped herbs if desired such as parsley or cilantro

Instructions
To Make Marinade:
Whisk together your freshly squeezed orange juice, aminos/soy sauce, honey/maple syrup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour this marinade over roast in a large bowl or dish and marinate, covered, in the fridge for 8-24 hours.
Remove from the fridge for about 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees f.
Drain and discard excess marinade.
Place roast in your air fryer basket.
Sprinkle and rub generously with sea salt and pepper over the entire roast.
Air fry for 30 minutes at 400 degrees f. flipping your roast over halfway through cooking time.
Remove your roast from air fryer and allow it to rest for at least 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, toss sweet potato cubes with oil and seasonings.
Place sweet potato cubes in your air fryer at 400º Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes while your roast is resting. Toss once during cooking time so they all get nicely browned.
Slice your roast against the grain and serve with your sweet potatoes.
