For the Salad:

lightly packed spinach or spring mix greens

seasonal/tangy apple
cubed

red seedless grapes
sliced in half

stalks celery
sliced on diagonal

raw walnuts

For the dressing:

extra virgin olive oil
good quality

apple cider vinegar

water

raw honey

Instructions
Arrange salad on a large plater or bowl.
For the dressing:
Combine vinegar, water, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in a blender.
Drizzle olive oil into blender/blending until combined.
