2large bananas, cut on half then sliced lengthways
1cupfresh berries
1cupplain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1cupgranola
4scoops homemade berry sorbet
2Tbspsmelted dark chocolate
For the Berry Sorbet:
2 1/2cupsfrozen mixed berries
2tsplemon juice, freshly squeezed
2Tbspsraw honey
2-3Tbspwarm water, only as needed

Instructions
To make your berry sorbet: Place all the sorbet ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor. Process until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape the sides a few times.
Transfer the sorbet mixture to a freezer-safe container, cover and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
To assemble the banana split jars: Place half of the banana slices into each mason jar nicely as shown.
Divide the yogurt and granola equally among the bowls, then top with s scoop of sorbet and fresh berries as shown.
