Our Banana Split Breakfast Jars are packed with fruit & berries, and a bit of protein which really satisfies those sweet cravings.
To make your berry sorbet: Place all the sorbet ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. Process until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape the sides a few times.

Banana Split Breakfast Jars
An EXTRA FUN Breakfast or Dessert idea for these Hot Summer Days we’re experiencing!
Our Banana Split Breakfast Jars are packed with fruit & berries, and a bit of protein which really satisfies those sweet cravings.
Makes 4 jars/servings
Ingredients:
- 4 (16-ounce) mason jars
- 2 large bananas, cut on half then sliced lengthways
- 1 cup fresh berries
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 4 scoops homemade berry sorbet
- 2 Tbsps melted dark chocolate
For the Berry Sorbet:
- 2 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 Tbsps raw honey
- 2-3 Tbsp warm water, only as needed
Instructions:
To make your berry sorbet: Place all the sorbet ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. Process until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape the sides a few times.
To assemble the banana split jars: Place half of the banana slices into each mason jar nicely as shown.
Transfer the sorbet mixture to a freezer-safe container, cover and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
Divide the yogurt and granola equally among the bowls, then top with s scoop of sorbet and fresh berries as shown. Drizzle melted chocolate and serve immediately.
