Cashew Butter Apple Slice Snacks

Ingredients 

  • 2 apples of choice, cored and sliced about 1/2 inch thick as shown
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsps cashew butter
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries, or raisins
  • 2 Tbsp raw cashews, chopped

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl mix yogurt with cashew butter, honey and vanilla. Whisk well to combine.
  • Spread about 2 teaspoons of this mixture on each apple slice, then top with cranberries and cashews.
  • Enjoy!
