Chocolate Dipped Kiwi Slices

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup high quality dark chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp. unrefined coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp chopped nuts of your choice

Instructions

  • Slice kiwi in about 1 inch thick rounds.
  • Place the kiwi slices on a plate lined with parchment paper into the freezer.
  • While the kiwi is in the freezer melt the chocolate and coconut oil using a double boiler.
  • Remove from heat when completely melted and let cool slightly.
  • Take kiwi slices out of freezer, and dip half way into the melted chocolate.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  • Place back in freezer on parchment paper and let freeze for 15 additional minutes.Serve.
