2extra large potatoes, peeled and rinsed, then pat dry
olive oil, or avocado oil, to spray
1/2tspgarlic powder, or to taste
1/2tspsea salt, or to taste
1/2tspground pepper, or to taste
1cuppizza sauce, or marinara sauce
1/2cupmozzarella cheese
nitrate-free pepperoni, sliced into fourths or cut into very small rounds with a cookie cutter
chives, thinly sliced

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f.
Begin by peeling the potatoes, then carefully slice into about 1/2-inch thick slices.
Use a tree cookie cutter to cut out as many trees as possible out of your potato slices.
Place them onto a large baking tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Lightly spray or brush with avocado oil on both sides, and sprinkle with garlic powder and a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until soft. (Baking time depends on the thickness of your slices)
Remove from the oven and spread a teaspoon or so of pizza sauce onto each one. Sprinkle with a tiny bit of shredded cheese and top with pepperoni as desired.
Bake for 3-4 min more, or until the cheese is melted and tops are and golden.
