Crispy Air Fried Radishes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb radishes ends trimmed and quartered
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • sea salt and ground pepper to taste

Optional garnish:

  • freshly chopped parsley
  • freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees f.
  • After rinsing and trimming your radishes, pat them completely dry.
  • Place your prepared radishes in a large bowl. Drizzle with your oil and add sprinkle with your seasonings.
  • Toss well to evenly coat each piece.
  • Air fry your seasoned radishes, in 2 separate batches, for 8-10 minutes at 400F, shaking the basket halfway to flip the radishes.
  • Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Enjoy while hot or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
