Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees f.
After rinsing and trimming your radishes, pat them completely dry.
Place your prepared radishes in a large bowl. Drizzle with your oil and add sprinkle with your seasonings.
Toss well to evenly coat each piece.
Air fry your seasoned radishes, in 2 separate batches, for 8-10 minutes at 400F, shaking the basket halfway to flip the radishes.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.
Enjoy while hot or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
