Line the container you plan to use to freeze your Yogurt with parchment paper.
If you are adding chopped nuts to the bottom, now is the time to place them in a thin layer on the bottom.
Using a spatula, spread your yogurt over the parchment paper and chopped nuts (you may need to hold the parchment in place).
Add your toppings on top of the yogurt.
Place the yogurt and toppings into the freezer for about 4 hours.
To easily remove your frozen yogurt bars, set the pan inside another pan with a very small amount of hot water, (do not get water on your frozen yogurt) so that it just barely thaws. Maybe 20 seconds, and they should pop right out.
