Frozen Yogurt Bars (Healthy 4-Ingredient Snack)

These frozen yogurt bars are a creamy, protein-rich snack made with just 4 simple ingredients. Perfect for a quick, healthy treat, they take only 5 minutes to prep and are easily customizable with your favorite toppings like fruit, nuts, or chocolate.

Ingredients 

  • 2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt , (or yogurt of your choice)
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans , (or nuts of your choice)
  • ½ Cup Fresh or Frozen Berries
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Cacao or Cacao Nibs

Instructions 

  • Line the container you plan to use to freeze your Yogurt with parchment paper.
  • If you are adding chopped nuts to the bottom, now is the time to place them in a thin layer on the bottom.
  • Using a spatula, spread your yogurt over the parchment paper and chopped nuts (you may need to hold the parchment in place).
  • Add your toppings on top of the yogurt.
  • Place the yogurt and toppings into the freezer for about 4 hours.
  • To easily remove your frozen yogurt bars, set the pan inside another pan with a very small amount of hot water, (do not get water on your frozen yogurt) so that it just barely thaws. Maybe 20 seconds, and they should pop right out.
