Fruity Bento Boxes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 crisp apple sliced, soaked in pure pineapple juice to prevent browning if planning to store
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 kiwi sliced
  • 1/2 mango peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • fresh mint to garnish

Optional add-ins:

  • nuts yogurt, granola, chia seeds, raw honey

Instructions

  • Arrange all your favorite fruits (washed, peeled and diced) in a bowl or round meal prep container.
  • You may store them in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Add toppings of choice immediately before eating and enjoy this fruitylicious bowl for breakfast, snack or even as a dessert!
