Back-to-School Fruity Bento Boxes
She’s got that whole back-to-school, the people we love need healthy snacks to-go, so let’s keep the fridge stocked kinda #vibe!Makes 4 bowls
- 1 crisp apple, sliced, soaked in pure pineapple juice to prevent browning if planning to store
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 kiwi, sliced
- 1/2 mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- fresh mint to garnish
- nuts, yogurt, granola, chia seeds, raw honey
Arrange all your favorite fruits (washed, peeled and diced) in a bowl or round meal prep container.
You may store them in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Add toppings of choice immediately before eating and enjoy this fruitylicious bowl for breakfast, snack or even as a dessert!
