Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients

milk
organic dairy OR non dairy works here, I have used organic coconut milk from a can, almond milk, and cashew milk all with excellent results

favorite hot brewed coffee

cup
organic pumpkin puree
NOT Pumpkin pie filling. The only ingredient should be: Pumpkin

tsp
vanilla extract

Tbsps
raw honey or pure maple syrup

tsp
pumpkin pie spice
Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix:

Tbsps
ground cinnamon
1
tsp
ground ginger
1/4
tsp
ground cloves
1/4
tsp
ground nutmeg
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and well combined.
Serve warm, sip and enjoy!
