Ingredients 

  • 1 cup milk, organic dairy OR non dairy works here, I have used organic coconut milk from a can, almond milk, and cashew milk all with excellent results
  • 1 cup favorite hot brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree, NOT Pumpkin pie filling. The only ingredient should be: Pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsps raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix:

  • 1.5 Tbsps ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Serve warm, sip and enjoy!
