Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk, organic dairy OR non dairy works here, I have used organic coconut milk from a can, almond milk, and cashew milk all with excellent results
- 1 cup favorite hot brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree, NOT Pumpkin pie filling. The only ingredient should be: Pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsps raw honey or pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix:
- 1.5 Tbsps ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and well combined.
- Serve warm, sip and enjoy!
