  • Fresh Herbs, and/or Mico Greens
  • Natural Mozzarella, highest quality
  • Red Onion, sliced thin
  • Fresh Lemon Slices
  • Add-on ideas:
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Cherry, or Grape Tomatoes
  • Capers
  • Sea salt & Fresh ground pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
