Lemony Avocado + Tomato Tuna Salad
Ingredients

tuna in water
drained

plum
or cherry tomatoes, sliced as shown

large avocados
diced

small bunch of fresh cilantro
or parsley leaves, chopped

green onions
chopped

fresh squeezed lemon juice

extra virgin olive oil

sea salt

white pepper
Instructions
Add tuna to large glass bowl.
Add remaining ingredients in order as listed.
Gently, gently combine.
Enjoy! Lasts refrigerated for 2-3 days.
