These chocolate strawberry protein balls are perfect for an afternoon snack, after workout treat, or dip them in chocolate for a great Valentine's Day candy!

Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 – 2 Tbs slivered almonds
  • 1 cup unsweetened FREEZE-DRIED strawberries
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips/cacao, optional.. I love Lily’s brand sweetened with stevia

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients VERY well in a large bowl.
  • Form into 1 inch balls.
  • Keep refrigerated or frozen.
