No-Bake Strawberry Chocolate Protein Balls
These chocolate strawberry protein balls are perfect for an afternoon snack or after workout treat. Dip them in chocolate for a great stand-in for all of that artificial Valentine’s Day candy!
Ingredients:
Yield approx. 22
- 3/4 cup all natural peanut butter
- 1 cup uncooked rolled oats
- 1/3 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1 – 2 Tbs slivered almonds
- 1 cup unsweetened FREEZE-DRIED strawberries OR 1 Cup unsweetened FREEZE-DRIED rasberries
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips/cacao (optional).. I love Lily’s brand sweetened with stevia
How to make chocolate strawberry protein balls:
- Combine all ingredients VERY well in a large bowl.
- Form into 1 inch balls.
- Keep refrigerated or frozen.
I love how these taste when frozen!
