Peanut Butter Banana Overnight No-Oats

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened, organic coconut, almond, or cashew milk
  • 2 Tbsps chia seeds
  • 1.5 Tbsps flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 Tbsp raw honey, or pure maple syrup (sweetness factor is very personal, you may find that you want more or less)
  • tiny pinch of sea salt

Toppings for each jar:

  • 1 Tbsp all natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 sliced small banana

Instructions 

  • Place all the ingredients except toppings in a 7.4 - 8-ounce glass jar with a fitted lid.
  • Stir well to combine ingredients.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Right before serving add toppings, stir and enjoy!
