Pecan & Dried Fruit Overnight No-Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened organic coconut, almond, or cashew milk
  • 2 Tbsps chia seeds
  • 1.5 Tbsps flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • tiny pinch of sea salt

Toppings:

  • 1 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsps chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 sliced fresh kiwi

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients except toppings in a 7.4 - 8 ounce glass jar with a fitted lid.
  • Stir well to combine ingredients.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Right before serving add toppings, stir and enjoy!
