Pina-Colada Green Smoothies
Ingredients

cup
fresh pineapple chunks
1
banana
1
cup
or more fresh baby spinach .
1
cup
unsweetened coconut milk
1/4
cup
ice cubes
optional
2
tsps
raw honey
optional
Pineapple wedges
for garnish
Instructions
Add ingredients to a ziploc, or reusable tupperware container.
Be sure to make at least a weeks worth!
Place in freezer
Pull one package out of the freezer, place in blender, and
Add:
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup ice cubes, optional
2 tsps raw honey, optional
Pineapple wedges, for garnish
Blend until desired consistency .
