Here’s an idea for a NEW flavor combo for your Freezer Smoothie Prep Packets.

Pina-Colada Green Smoothies!
🍍🌴🍍🌴🍍🌴🍍🌴🍍🌴🍍🌴🍍🌴🍍🌴🍍🌴

2 servings per packet

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup (or more) fresh baby spinach .
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes, optional
  • 2 tsps raw honey, optional
  • Pineapple wedges, for garnish

Directions:

    1. Add ingredients to a ziploc, or reusable tupperware container.
    2. Be sure to make at least a weeks worth!
    3. Place in freezer
    4. Pull one package out of the freezer, place in blender, and
