Pumpkin Protein Oat Muffins

Ingredients

cups
dry rolled oats

scoops protein powder {I used vanilla whey }

cups
all-natural Pumpkin Puree { one 15 oz can }
1
cup
unsweetend almond milk
2
whole eggs
or 6 egg whites
1
tsp
Stevia granules or sweetener of choice
1
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
cup
Cacao chips
or Lily’s brand sweetened with stevia
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
In large bowl combine all ingredients well.
Scoop batter evenly into muffin tins {I used cupcake liners }
Bake 17-18 minutes, until centers are just set.
