Quick & EASY Chicken Salad

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups shredded chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup celery stalks, sliced thin
  • 1 cup red, or purple grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • a pinch of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl gently combine all of the ingredients.
  • Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Serve as is, in a lettuce wrap, or on top of a toasted slice of Ezekiel bread.
