- 2 Tbsps avocado oil, ghee, or olive oil, divided
- 1 lb. steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into quarter slices
- 1 bunch asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 4 green onions, white parts chopped into 1/2 -inch pieces, green parts thinly sliced to garnish
- 3 fresh garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
Prevent your screen from going dark
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large heavy-bottom skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak pieces, sprinkle your steak with half of the Cajun seasoning, and cook to your liking, around 4-5 minutes for medium.
In the same preheated skillet add the shrimp and sprinkle with the remaining Cajun seasoning.
Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside on the plate next to the steak.
Add the remaining oil to your skillet and sauté the veggies for 5-7 minutes.
Season with sea salt and pepper, to your taste.
Once the veggies are tender-crisp, stir in the steak and shrimp.
Garnish with your chopped green onions.
