Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsps avocado oil, ghee, or olive oil, divided
  • 1 lb. steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into quarter slices
  • 1 bunch asparagus, chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 green onions, white parts chopped into 1/2 -inch pieces, green parts thinly sliced to garnish
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large heavy-bottom skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the steak pieces, sprinkle your steak with half of the Cajun seasoning, and cook to your liking, around 4-5 minutes for medium.
  • In the same preheated skillet add the shrimp and sprinkle with the remaining Cajun seasoning.
  • Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside on the plate next to the steak.
  • Add the remaining oil to your skillet and sauté the veggies for 5-7 minutes.
  • Season with sea salt and pepper, to your taste.
  • Once the veggies are tender-crisp, stir in the steak and shrimp.
  • Garnish with your chopped green onions.
