Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients with a fork.
Combine wet ingredients except for the milk in a separate bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine.
Add milk and combine, splash at a time.
Mix-in chocolate chips.
Form cookies (about 1-2 tablespoons of dough – use cookie scoop) and place on coconut oil greased baking sheet – can smash a little with fork.
Bake for about 20-22 minutes, until golden.
Transfer to cooling rack, and allow cookies to cool for at least 5 minutes.
