Red Berry Green Smoothie Prep Packs

Ingredients 

Each Bag Makes 4 servings:

In EACH freezer bag I added:

  • 1 heaping cup fresh organic baby spinach
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

Ingredients to add to the blender when you're making your smoothie

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, well chilled
  • 1.5 cups pure pomegranate juice, well chilled
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions 

  • FREEZE these bags for future use, use within 2-4 weeks

Pull one freezer bag out if the freezer, then add to the blender with the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, well chilled
  • 1.5 cups pure pomegranate juice, well chilled
  • 3-4 ice cubes

How to Make It:

  • In a blender, combine the frozen ingredients with the yogurt and pomegranate juice.
  • Puree until smooth. Add additional liquid if necessary, or desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into four tall glasses and serve immediately.
